That Will Cost You

Drew and Matt were fighting off and on all day long recently. After having enough, I threatened to charge them each time they were caught fighting. Matt's response, "well then we aren't going to have any money left." So even he knows they fight too much.

Flash Card Surprise

Trying to retain what we've learned over the past school year we are trying to do a little bit of learning time off a few days each week throughout the summer. So the multitasker in me brough flashcards to the Dr.’s office. Matt did his ABCs then I had Drew reluctantly doing subtraction cards. All of sudden Matt starts answering some of the subtraction cards. Not only was I surprised that he knew the answers, but boy was Drew mad.  And boy was I proud!

Matt Mulcahy - Class of 2026

Matt's preschool class had their graduation ceremony during his last week of school. He looked so cute with his little cap on. It was a fun little event and I'm not going to lie, I did have a few tears in my eyes. He's had such a great year of preschool, with great teachers and now is really ready for Kindergarten. Although 2026 sounds so far away, we know it will be here in a blink of an eye.

Vehicle Fair Fun

For probably about 6 years now we've been attending the Annual Vehicle Fair that the ECFE Advisory Council hosts. Having 3 boys this event has always been a big hit. Ryan currently LOVES the garbage truck, really any truck, but the garbage truck is his favorite. So we made sure we stopped to see the garbage truck, plus all the other cool things for us to see. As you can see from the photos, Matt and Ryan had a blast checking them all out.

Annual Post-Tax Season WaterPark Weekend!

It has become tradition in our house to have a post-tax season family weekend at a waterpark. The kids of course love playing at the waterpark and of course it gives us a good chance to reconnect as a family. This year we went to the Great Wolf in the Wisconsin Dells. We of course had a great time. The past few years we've gone over Mother's Day weekend, which is actually become my favorite way to spend Mother's Day, not only are we spending time as a family, but I also get a break from some of the household chores.  Below are a few highlights from our weekend.
